About Water Ejector

Water Ejector is a free tool that helps you clear water from your phone speaker using sound. It works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install.

Why we built it

A dropped phone in the sink, a splash at the pool or a run in the rain can leave the speaker sounding muffled. Most people search for a quick fix right there on the wet phone. We wanted that fix to be one button that works straight away, without downloading an app or creating an account.

What the tool does

Water Ejector plays a low tone, 165 Hz by default, through your speaker. Low tones make the speaker membrane move a lot, which pushes water out of the grille. You can also choose a sweep, short pulses or any tone from 60 to 500 Hz, and set how long it plays.

How it works on your device

The sound is created by your browser on your own device. Nothing is recorded, nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Once the page has loaded, the tool does not need anything from our server to play.

What we promise

We explain honestly what the tool can and cannot do. It clears water from the speaker grille, it cannot dry water inside a phone. When a phone shows signs of real water damage, we tell you to turn it off and get it checked instead of running the tone again and again.
